Vehicle Multi Skilled ART Technician

Repair Centre Manager
About the role: The Repair Centre manager directs the work activities of automotive repair centre employees. This includes ensuring deadlines are met, standards of work being upheld and maintaining productivity levels within the team. Essential duties also include – coaching staff, taking corrective measures, providing technical advice to customers and staff, verifying documentation used in the claim/repair process and above all running a profitable operation. About you: you will be able to demonstrate effective management of a vehicle repair centre whilst meeting all relevant KPIs. Have a proven ability to maximising the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner, whilst building long-term profitable relationships. You will have strong knowledge of modern repair methods and working practices with an ability to communicate appropriately with customers and staff. You also demonstrate strengths in finding opportunities to manage, coach and develop colleagues and identifying and recruiting new talent.
Workshop Controller
About the role: As Workshop Controller you will play a key role in planning and organising workflows to ensure maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams. Working closely with vehicle damage assessment and parts teams, you will strive for customer excellence and strong financial performance. About you: Highly organised with a detailed understating of repair methods and with a proven track of running bodyshop production teams. Collection & Delivery Driver – Team Leader
About the role: As the Collection and Delivery Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the Collection and Delivery team, ensuring that customer vehicles are collected and delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Acting as the public face of the business, you will ensure that customers receive a warm and professional service, whether at their location or on-site. About the role: Our Automotive Business Traineeship is a specialised programme covering all aspects of accident repair operations, including customer service, parts management, aspects of vehicle damage assessment, and business administration. The programme is tailored to meet the specific needs of our business organisation and it is aimed at preparing you for a full-time career in your chosen discipline. This course is primarily workplace training, combined with e-learning modules, and will take two years to complete. About you: We are looking for motivated individuals who can demonstrate an eagerness to learn and contribute towards our brand. Desired personnel qualities and qualifications – We will be looking for those who can demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic and dedication to complete the traineeship and further their career within the automotive sector and who have attained the following qualifications – GCSE or equivalent level English and Maths (min Grade 5 or C). You will learn about vehicle construction and modern repair methods, visually assess vehicle damage and transfer information to specialist assessment software. Additionally, you will gain knowledge in job costing, repair scheduling, creating internal work orders and profit management. You will develop skills in sales, negotiation, and effective communication with colleagues and external clients. The traineeship will include workplace and e-learning modules and will take two to three years to complete, dependent on your previous experience and abilities.

The traineeship will include workplace and e-learning modules and will normally take about three years to complete, dependent on your previous management experiences and abilities.
