MET Technician
About the role: Working as part of an experienced team you will: remove mechanical, electrical and trim items prior to panel repair, undertake fault-finding, order replacement parts, re-assembling vehicles as required to pre-accident condition. You will also undertake geometry, ADAS and diagnostic work using state of the art equipment and technology. Panel Beater Technician
About the role: Working as part of an experienced team you will repair and/or replace body components to damaged vehicles restoring them to pre-accident condition using state of the art equipment and technology. About you: A highly experienced master technician who is conscientious, committed to excellence, with an eye for detail and team focused. You will be seeking a position where you will be appreciated for your work and constantly learning new techniques.
Paint Technician
About you: A highly experienced master technician who is conscientious, committed to excellence, with an eye for detail and team focused. You will be seeking a position where you will be appreciated for your work and constantly learning new techniques. About the role: Working as part of an experienced team you will undertake paint preparation, masking and painting vehicle panels and components. Paint mixing and colour matching (using spectrometer), colour tinting and detailing restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition using state of the art equipment and technology.
Smart Repair Technician
About the role: Working as part of an experienced team you will undertake light fit/strip of exterior vehicle components, cosmetic panel repairs, preparation and painting of panels. You will also repair aluminium wheels and undertake detailing. About you: A highly experienced SMART repair technician who is conscientious, committed to excellence, with an eye for detail and customer focused. You will be seeking a position where you can make a difference, constantly learn new things and be at the forefront of technology.
Commercial Apprenticeships
Vehicle Damage Assessment. This is a specialised route covering automotive damage repair assessment. You will learn all aspects of vehicle construction and repair methods. Visually assessing vehicle damage and transferring information to specialist assessment software. You will also learn about job costings, profit management, repair scheduling and internal work orders. You will develop skills in sales, negotiation and how to communicate effectively with colleagues and external clients. Within this route you will complete a level 3 or level 4 apprenticeship over a two- or three-year programme. Attendance at college will be arranged at time of enrolment. The course will also consist of workplace training and monitoring through an external training provider.
Management. This is a specialised Managerial route covering daily management topics and responsibilities. The course can be largely tailored within the bespoke business organisation requirements and may be at level 3 or level 5 dependent upon previous experience or qualifications. Within this route you will complete a level 3 or 5 apprenticeship within a two-to-three-year programme. Attendance at college will be limited as the course will mainly consist of workplace training and monitoring through an external training provider.

About the role: As a parts consultant to our vehicle damage assessors, repair teams and customers you will play a pivotal role in our customer journey. You will work in partnership with production teams and customers to achieve the best outcome. About you: A highly experienced Parts Advisor with a commercial outlook, committed to excellence, with an eye for detail and customer focused. You will be seeking a position where you can make a difference, constantly learn new things.
Customer Services Advisor
About the role: As Customer Service Advisor you will act as the public face of the business, providing a ‘meet and greet’ service and answering telephone enquiries from customers who have been involved in an accident. Working closely with our vehicle damage assessment teams, you will guide customers through our repair claim process. This position requires initiative, attention to detail and an ability to deliver great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. About you: Experienced in customer service with an outgoing positive personality. You will be confident when dealing with people at all levels, committed to excellence with an eye for detail. You will have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and seeking a role where you can make a difference and constantly learn new things.
Logistics Team Leader
About the role: As Logistics Team Leader you will act as the public face of the business, providing a ‘meet and greet’ service to customers arriving on site. Working closely with our customer service team you will assume responsibility for organising the daily collection and delivery of customer’s vehicles and organise on-site parking / logistics. This position requires initiative, attention to detail and an ability to deliver great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. About you: You will be an experienced and highly organised individual capable of scheduling vehicle collections and deliveries. You will be used to managing small groups of people ensuring members of your team comply with company policies and maintain a high level of safety. You will be a team player with excellent customer service skills and experience.
Bodyshop Manager
About the role: The bodyshop manager directs the work activities of automotive body shop employees. This includes ensuring deadlines are met, standards of work being upheld and maintaining productivity levels within the team. Essential duties also include – coaching staff, taking corrective measures, providing technical advice to customers and staff, verifying documentation used in the claim/repair process and above all running a profitable operation. About you: you will be able to demonstrate effective management of a Bodyshop whilst meeting all relevant KPIs. Have a proven ability to maximising the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner, whilst building long-term profitable relationships. You will have strong knowledge of modern repair methods and working practices with an ability to communicate appropriately with customers and staff. You also demonstrate strengths in finding opportunities to manage, coach and develop colleagues and identifying and recruiting new talent.
Production Manager / Workshop Controller
About the role: As Workshop Controller you will play a key role in planning and organising workflows to ensure maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams. Working closely with vehicle damage assessment and parts teams, you will strive for customer excellence and strong financial performance. About you: Highly organised with a detailed understating of repair methods and with a proven track of running bodyshop production teams. You will adopt a collaborative approach with a ‘right-first-time’ focus on repair quality. Your ability to plan and organise workflows will have played a key role in your career development. You will be seeking a position where you can make a difference, constantly learn new things and be at the forefront of technology.
Office Administrator / PA
About you: A highly experienced Office Administrator / PA with a positive outgoing personality, confident when dealing with people at all levels. You will be committed to excellence, with an eye for detail and customer focused. You will be seeking a position where you can make a difference and constantly learn new things. About the role
You will work closely with the branch manager to help enhance productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires initiative, attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly and a passion for delivering value in a fast-paced environment.
Account Technician
About the role: As an accounting technician, your main responsibility will be to prepare the financial information working with a team of professional accountants and business managers. Daily work activities include processing and reconciling invoices, handling the company’s expenses and preparing financial reports. About you: confident and competent at working with numbers and has good computer skills. You will have an ability to meet deadlines and a high level of written and spoken communication skills.
Technical Apprenticeships
Accident repair technician (multi-skilled), also known as ART Technician. This route covers all three practical disciplines including Panel, Paint and MET. Within this route you will complete a level 3 apprenticeship within a two-year programme. College attendance will be block release and completion of this course will be by practical and knowledge assessment.
Panel repair technician You will learn minor and major repair techniques, which includes structural alignment and joining methods. The course includes training to use a wide range of specialist equipment. Within this route you will complete a level 3 apprenticeship within a three year programme. College attendance will be block release and completion of this course will be by practical and knowledge assessment.
Paint repair technician You will learn preparation techniques, paint mixing, priming and top coat painting which includes the use of a wide range of refinish equipment. Within this route you will complete a level 3 apprenticeship within a three year programme. College attendance will be block release and completion of this course will be by practical and knowledge assessment.
Mechanical Electrical Trim (MET) You will undertake removal (Strip), refitting (Fit|) and alignment of damaged and new panels or parts, trims and electrical equipment. This includes the use of specialised alignment tools for sensors and other electronic systems. Within this route you will complete a level 3 apprenticeship within a three year programme. College attendance will be block release and completion of this course will be by practical and knowledge assessment.

Business Apprenticeships

The course can be largely tailored within the bespoke business organisation requirements. Within this route you will complete a level 3 apprenticeship within a three-year programme. Attendance at college will be arranged at time of enrolment. The course will mainly consist of workplace training and monitoring through an external training provider. Parts Advisor This is a specialised route covering aspects of parts administration. As parts advisor you’ll responsible for ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. You will learn how to maintain an ordered stock. How to post orders and receipts onto management systems. You will work alongside Technicians to ensure they have the parts needed to complete their daily work. Learning with be mainly consist of workplace training with some access to an external training provider.
