Automotive Business Traineeship (ABT)

This role is designed for those who wish to develop their business skills and knowledge within an accident repair centre environment, laying the foundation for an important role and career in the industry. The initial training for this role is scheduled for 24 months and is designed to provide opportunity for self-development across various areas of the business. You can grow your experience and skills within departments which include Parts, Customer Service and Vehicle Damage Assessment and will participate in professional training via our Ecademy and industry leading training partners. Training is primarily on-the job, supported by various e-learning modules, which are certificated and will become part of your continuous professional development (CPD) portfolio.
