Advance bodyshop management system is first choice for leading bodyshop group Motofix

Motofix is the latest bodyshop group to choose Pintree’s Advance bodyshop management system for each of its three branches.

Richard Tutt, MD of Motofix, stated “Advance stood out clearly as the best product to meet the groups needs. We are committed to deploying the latest technology to aid quicker, more cost effective repair processes and improving further our customer service facilities. Advance provides the process control and superior management information that we need to do this.”

Several factors influenced our decision, commented Richard, Advance’s comprehensive graphical reporting and budget-comparison feature gives real-time and accurate information about bodyshop performance. And its Central System means this information can be collated centrally for the group. We were also impressed with its new workshop loading functionality, which is one of the most sophisticated on the market and will help Motofix to maximise its capacity planning and reduce cycle time. The ability to send mobile phone text messages and emails to customers was one of a number of strong customer service features, Advance is intelligent enough to know when a mobile phone number or email is available and will report when messages cannot be sent.

Motofix were also encouraged by Pintree’s commitment to ongoing product development, their solutions for managing satellite installations, and the strength of the existing user base. “Insurance companies are telling us they want to work with bodyshops with strong management controls and systems, Advance was on the ‘A’ list for many of our insurer clients” continued Richard Tutt.

Advance is expected to deliver Motofix a payback on the system investment within 12 months through process improvements, greater efficiency and other enhancements made as a result of improved management information.
