Unfortunately for many, employment in the motor trade is a second thought. The truth is, the Accident Repair industry can provide a challenging and rewarding career to all levels of candidates. It’s true that the working environment may not be the most the attractive but the variety of work is immense.

At MOTOFIX we are actively involved with schools and colleges to encourage candidates to try it before they knock it! They get the chance to do this via our supervised work experience programmes. (and they won’t end up stacking shelves either!)

We have a regular recruitment programme for apprentice staff and offer a number of training schemes from NVQ level to full Modern Apprenticeships. For those candidates that show particular promise, we also offer a fast tracking programme, whereby successful candidates can achieve a full qualification in a much reduced training period, with obvious benefits for both employer and employee.

The MOTOFIX Academy provides an opportunity for highly motivated candidates to carve out a long-term career with the group.
